If you are having problems with your Oki B4400 or if the print quality is subpar, here are some troubleshooting procedures you can follow. You can fix most problems yourself with no technical expertise.
Step 1
Check the image drum cartridge and toner cartridge if the Oki B4400 prints nothing but blank sheets. Reinstall the image drum cartridge and try to print again. Install a new toner cartridge if that does not fix the problem.
